NMC to Google: John Militello

How does an NMC graduate get to Google?

“I’d say it was thoughtful risk taking, on everyone’s part. I made the leap, leaving a small town in the UP, to go off to college. NMC took a chance on me, horrible high school grade point average and all. Early on, NMC fostered my growth, nurtured my creative talent, and rewarded my good academic performance, which in turn gave me the confidence to move on to Art School, Detroit’s College for Creative Studies. That same thoughtful risk taking led me to Google, and Google to me. Whenever a corporation hires a creative it’s a risk, and whenever a creative accepts a corporate job it’s a risk.”
